3rd November 2020 Windsurfing: West Shore Wind Direction: W Wind Stength: F6 Surf / Sea State: chop and small waves Air Temperature: 12 Sea Temperature: 12.3 Weather: Sun and Cloud Max Speed: Distance Covered: Started with 4.7m and felt good, but with waves running over sandbanks worried too much that if wind eased as forecast I would drift up coast so up to 5.3m which maxed at times. Tried a few wave rides but too messy maybe as big tides and water flows. 5m would have best. Nice riding in and out, tricky gybing outside until it cleaned up then smooth between waves.. Three others out and four kiters. |
